Douglas County and the City of Lawrence's "A Place for Everyone Plan" is a housing & homelessness plan to end chronic homelessness in five years. There are five sections of the plan: Equity & Inclusion, Systems, Affordable Housing, Supportive Housing, and Emergency Services & Shelter. Each of the five parts of the plan have a corresponding workgroup, all of which are represented on this listserv.
